For those having trouble reading the books...
Several people have mentioned they don't own a Kindle and can't read my books because of it. I'm always surprised that more people don't know you don't have to have a Kindle to read these books. There are several tools available to read all of my books and many more for iOS, Android, Mac and PC. I've compiled a list with links to the tools on this blog.
